Where do you pick up from?
I accept pickups within a 10-mile radius of Bordon, including surrounding villages like Whitehill, Lindford, Headley, Liphook, Alton (within range) and nearby areas.
Where can you take me?
Once I pick you up within my local radius, I can drive you to any destination in the UK — including airports, stations, cities, events and long-distance trips.
How do I book a ride?
There are only two ways to book: (1) fill in the booking form or (2) call me directly. That’s it — no apps, no call centres.
Do you provide a quote before booking?
Yes. If you use the form, I’ll confirm availability and send a clear price before anything is confirmed.
What details do you need to give a price?
Pickup location, destination, date/time, passengers, luggage, and whether it’s one-way or return. For airport trips, a flight number helps.
Do you do airport transfers?
Yes — airport transfers are one of my most common bookings. I can take you from the Bordon area to any UK airport.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you’ve provided your flight number, I’ll use it to track changes where possible and adjust pickup timing reasonably. If anything changes last-minute, calling me is the fastest option.
How many passengers can you take?
I take up to the number of passengers my Toyota Cross can legally and comfortably carry (usually up to 4). If you have extra luggage, mention it so I can confirm suitability.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. You can book one-way or return. If you need “wait and return” for an appointment, include that in the notes.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can — especially for early-morning airport runs. Same-day requests may be possible if I’m available.
What payment methods do you accept?
